How to prepare my signature whole grain oat bars:
Mix all the ingredients except the berries together in a food processor.
You can leave part of the oats uncut and stir them in at the end, together with the coconut flakes and the freeze-dried berries.
Spread the mixture onto a tray lined with baking paper, then roughly cut them into bars.
There are then two options:
- Place the tray in the freezer, or
- Bake in the oven at 180C for 30-40 minutes
The oat bars can be stored in the fridge for three days or in the freezer for up to two weeks.
